Meet the 2002 Baldrige Award recipients at Quest for Excellence (QE) XV, where they will share their exceptional performance practices, their journey to performance excellence, and their lessons learned. Hear how they sustained their focus on excellence during economic downturns and prosperity. CEOs and other leaders from the Award recipients will give presentations covering all seven Categories of the Baldrige Criteria. Conference attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions of the Award recipients. This conference is designed to maximize learning and networking opportunities.

Quest for Excellence XV will be held March 30-April 2, 2003 at the Marriott Wardman Park Hotel, 2660 Woodley Road at Connecticut Avenue, NW, Washington, DC. It is easily accessible by taxicab and shuttle from Ronald Reagan National Airport, Dulles International Airport, and Baltimore-Washington International Airport. It is also accessible by Metro, at the Woodley Park-Zoo Metro stop, from Reagan National Airport.
Accommodations:
Rooms have been reserved at the Marriott Wardman Park Hotel at the special conference rate of: Single, $203.00; Double, $203.00; Triple, $234.00; Quad $266.00. The tax rate is 14.5%. In order to receive these special rates, please reserve by March 9, 2003, and be sure to mention Quest for Excellence XV. Registration Fees:
Registration fee includes the pre-conference workshop, Sunday evening reception, Monday evening banquet, breakfast Monday-Wednesday and lunch Monday-Tuesday. An additional fee applies to the pre-conference workshop after the advance registration date.

Pre-conference workshop:
A pre-conference workshop will be held Sunday, March 30, 2003 from 1:30-5:00 pm. The workshop is a hands-on opportunity to learn about the Baldrige Criteria, to begin a self-assessment process, and learn about resources available to help organizations in their journey to excellence. The workshop is free with registration by the advance date. A $150 fee will be charged for workshop registration after the advance date. Attendees must register separately for the workshop in addition to registering for the conference.
