作者简介：
林锐，1973年生。1994年和1996年获西安电子科技大学应用物理学士学位和微电子硕士学位，2000年获浙江大学计算机应用博士学位。
2000年7月加入上海贝尔有限公司，从事软件工程、项目管理和CMM的研究推广工作，2003年7月当选为 Alcatel 集团技术专家（Alcatel 集团授予为保持全球技术领先地位做出突出贡献的技术专家荣誉和资格）。
